Our company is looking for a ERP Teleservice Support Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform other related tasks, as required;
- Train new users;
- Work as part of a team;
- Manage and follow up on problems and requests in timely fashion;
- Be motivated, autonomous and customer-service oriented;
- Develop very good knowledge of our products in order to adequately respond to customer requests;
- Analyze and resolve customer problems, by phone, by email or in person when customers visit.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting and/or information technology (IT) is an asset;
- 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Very good knowledge of French and English;
- Experience as user of integrated management software within an organization: points of sale, inventory, procurement, sales, control systems, etc.
