Our company is looking for a ERP Teleservice Support Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related tasks, as required;
  • Train new users;
  • Work as part of a team;
  • Manage and follow up on problems and requests in timely fashion;
  • Be motivated, autonomous and customer-service oriented;
  • Develop very good knowledge of our products in order to adequately respond to customer requests;
  • Analyze and resolve customer problems, by phone, by email or in person when customers visit.

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounting and/or information technology (IT) is an asset;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience;
  • Very good knowledge of French and English;
  • Experience as user of integrated management software within an organization: points of sale, inventory, procurement, sales, control systems, etc.
