Our company is looking for a ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Test, train and troubleshoot system for client while being the initial support contact for the client;
  • Learn how to accurately estimate a variety of project tasks;
  • Prepare Project Activity reports in a timely manner;
  • Assist with process design, process documentation, integration testing, data conversions, report development, end user training;
  • Business requirements gathering and gap analysis.

Requirements:

  • Accounting knowledge a plus;
  • Must be a customer centric team player and possess a positive attitude;
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand software, research features and functions;
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
  • Familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare verticals a plus;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations a plus.
