ERP Implementation Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Test, train and troubleshoot system for client while being the initial support contact for the client;
- Learn how to accurately estimate a variety of project tasks;
- Prepare Project Activity reports in a timely manner;
- Assist with process design, process documentation, integration testing, data conversions, report development, end user training;
- Business requirements gathering and gap analysis.
Requirements:
- Accounting knowledge a plus;
- Must be a customer centric team player and possess a positive attitude;
- Ability to quickly learn and understand software, research features and functions;
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively;
- Familiar with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare verticals a plus;
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations a plus.
