Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Proven experience as a construction manager, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA safety regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed to oversee projects
