Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, architects, engineers and contractors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed to oversee projects
