Our company is looking for a Bussiness Systems and Operations Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Detect issues and investigate ways to resolve them;
  • Analyze and improve tactics, processes and strategies;
  • Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and their efficiency;
  • Develop and assist with core business development activities and product management;
  • Develop and implement new projects or procedures as the initial product manager;
  • Consult on budget development and provide support for existing initiatives;
  • Conducts interviews and perform analysis to create business cases for projects;
  • Conduct research, surveys and interviews to gain an understanding of the business and trends;
  • Participate in business process management efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes;
  • Participate in business process modeling sessions, acting as a co-facilitator, facilitator or subject matter expert in brainstorming sessions;
  • Evaluate new opportunities and make recommendations for action.

Requirements:

  • Ability to exercise considerable individual judgment and initiative in conducting the necessary operations within the business;
  • Experience in managing outsourced teams;
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with proven ability to work in cross functional teams within the company;
  • Minimum 5 years in business development and management as a consultant, business strategist, or similar with exposure to international business;
  • Must be results-oriented, high energy individual contributor and team player with a high work ethic;
  • Strong understanding of general business procedures, including sales, marketing, and operations;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues;
  • Fluent in Google apps and/or Microsoft Office Suite, managing via a CRM and a strong ability to learn new programs;
  • Proficient analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Exposure to UX/UI, database systems, marketing software, app development.
