Our company is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ad hoc data analysis to remove roadblocks and keep operations running smoothly;
• Actively participate in the definition and prioritization of our product roadmap;
• Occasional travel, as required to meet with clients and stakeholders;
• Manage change requests in accordance with project scope, risk and change management plans;
• Pro-actively plan application changes, patches, and upgrades;
• Professional manner, tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with colleagues including senior management;
• Assist with the development and delivery of user training material;
• Analyze and verify business requirements for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and comprehensibility with business stakeholders;
• Support the business with documenting test cases and test scenarios to comprehensively test the business functionality and processes;
• Maintain overall responsibility for the timeliness and quality of project deliverables;
• Other duties as assigned;
• Provides support and information as required to assist in the timely resolution of issues or problems;
• Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders;
• Build and maintain relationships with business areas and assist them in achieving their objectives;
• Draws on a number of known options to solve problems and to develop improvements.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, oral, listening and interpersonal communication skills;
• Working knowledge of project management methodology and scheduling techniques;
• A bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or related discipline;
• Conduct research and assist the business in evaluating and selecting the ideal software solutions;
• Ability to put together executive level presentations is a must;
• Experience in the identification, management and mitigation project risks;
• Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders and leaders;
• Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills;
• Facilitation skills (e.g., facilitating diverse groups to a decision or consensus);
• Execute proper change management with end-users in the field to ensure solutions are communicated and received;
• Experience creating diagrams such as data flow, experience flow, system interaction diagrams as required by their team;
• Redevelopment projects;
• Salesforce experience – preferably from an integration/configuration standpoint;
• Actively participate in the definition and prioritization of our product roadmap;
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and ability to implement best SEO practices when building websites for clients.
