- Ability to put together executive level presentations is a must;

- Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders and leaders;

- Execute proper change management with end-users in the field to ensure solutions are communicated and received;
- Experience creating diagrams such as data flow, experience flow, system interaction diagrams as required by their team;

- Salesforce experience – preferably from an integration/configuration standpoint;
- Actively participate in the definition and prioritization of our product roadmap;
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and ability to implement best SEO practices when building websites for clients.
