Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a corporate or consulting role
- Expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall and experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends and inform business decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
