Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the objectives and targets are achieved with efficiency, in a timely manner and related to our service agreement;
- Ability to provide sound advice and solutions utilizing established customer service framework;
- Make decisions to mitigate loss;
- Work closely in a team environment to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements;
- Demonstrate outstanding time management skills;
- Actively provide improvement suggestions and communicate valued input during huddles and meetings;
- Utilize existing data entry skills and balance speed and accuracy;
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties.
Requirements:
- Monitoring of “Rush” escalations for all Channels nationally;
- Real time monitoring of staffing levels against queue performance / activity;
- Communicate, monitor, adjust and report on daily work plans;
- Provide analysis and recommendations for maximum performance in business recovery / incident management scenarios;
- Develop executive communication;
- Provide short, mid and long term forecasting for resource planning;
- Continuously enhance knowledge within area of expertise and keep current with industry trends and business direction;
- Promote and support an environment that encourages inclusively, productivity, innovation, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism;
- Provide a proactive, consistent, end to end and national view of all CCO queues, volumes, forecasts and resources.
