Our company is looking for a Banking Operations Officer III to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the objectives and targets are achieved with efficiency, in a timely manner and related to our service agreement;
  • Ability to provide sound advice and solutions utilizing established customer service framework;
  • Make decisions to mitigate loss;
  • Work closely in a team environment to meet individual and team driven benchmarks and service level agreements;
  • Demonstrate outstanding time management skills;
  • Actively provide improvement suggestions and communicate valued input during huddles and meetings;
  • Utilize existing data entry skills and balance speed and accuracy;
  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Monitoring of “Rush” escalations for all Channels nationally;
  • Real time monitoring of staffing levels against queue performance / activity;
  • Communicate, monitor, adjust and report on daily work plans;
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for maximum performance in business recovery / incident management scenarios;
  • Develop executive communication;
  • Provide short, mid and long term forecasting for resource planning;
  • Continuously enhance knowledge within area of expertise and keep current with industry trends and business direction;
  • Promote and support an environment that encourages inclusively, productivity, innovation, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism;
  • Provide a proactive, consistent, end to end and national view of all CCO queues, volumes, forecasts and resources.
