Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in hardscaping, including but not limited to construction of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other outdoor features
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs, and to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of workers and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to job sites throughout the region
  • Familiarity with and adherence to all safety regulations and best practices, with the ability to ensure that all workers are properly trained and equipped
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing schedules and priorities as needed
