Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, iterate designs based on findings
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure designs are executed with high quality and consistency
- Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills and abilities in the field
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in UI design
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay up-to-date with latest design trends and technologies.
