Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for various types of media

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as art, design, and programming, to ensure animations meet project requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of animations
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
  • Provide creative input and feedback to other team members to enhance the overall quality of the project
  • Ensure all animations meet technical requirements, such as file size and format, for different platforms and devices
  • Contribute to the development of new animation tools and processes to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D animation
  • Expertise in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max
  • Ability to create high-quality character and creature animations
  • Experience with motion capture technology and techniques
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members, including artists, designers, and programmers
  • Experience with rigging and skinning is a plus
  • Portfolio of previous work demonstrating high-quality animations and technical skills
