  • Manage the animation team's schedule, workload, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of all animation deliverables
  • Contribute to the recruitment and hiring process for new animators, as well as provide training and mentorship to the animation team
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure that animation deliverables meet all project requirements and expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in animation production
  • Strong knowledge of 2D and/or 3D animation software and tools
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of animators
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, character development, and animation principles
  • Experience in creating and animating characters, objects, and environments
  • Ability to work on strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and feedback during the animation process
