Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water resources engineering
- Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resources systems modeling
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, and ArcGIS
- Ability to design and analyze stormwater management systems, flood control structures, and water supply infrastructure
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations related to water resources management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
