Training Consultant – Product Adoption and Learning Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Training Consultant – Product Adoption and Learning to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all required reporting in defined databases;
- Work with customers and other members of the LexisNexis team to help customers realize the maximum value from their LexisNexis products and services;
- Bring meaningful insights from the customer and the market into the business to help improve our product offerings and market knowledge;
- Monitor product usage to measure the impact of training and adoption activities and adjust client engagement activities as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills with people of diverse backgrounds and professional functions;
- Industry / market-specific knowledge of the legal, professional services, technology or online information industries preferred;
- Experience working in a commercially focused environment;
- Applied knowledge of best practices in user training and effective product adoption techniques;
- Experience or qualifications in adult learning preferred but not required. (CTP, CTDP etc.).
