Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with process control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends if necessary.
