Requirements:
- A degree or technical diploma in chemical engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with process control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights and weekends if necessary.
