Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes and updates to the PLC programs as required by the project.
  • Create and maintain documentation of all PLC programs and related processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PLC technology and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
  • Proven experience as a PLC programmer for at least 3 years
  • In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as Ladder Logic and Function Block Diagrams
  • Familiarity with PLC hardware, such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for commissioning and troubleshooting purposes
