Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve manufacturing processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in manufacturing processes and methods, including process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advances in technology
