The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and inspire a team of Sales Representatives. You will drive customer acquisition by coaching your team to successfully sign up users for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and other products!

What You'll Do:

• Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.

• Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.

• Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.

• Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.

• Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team (ideally in sales).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules.
