Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, quoting jobs and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and building a great reputation.
Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and home shows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products-Sales on site at residential homes- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales or a related field or previous installation experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
