Production Coordinator Calgary Custom Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. Location 2275 Pegasus Way Ne Calgary, AB Salary 36.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: Experience an asset Work must be completed at the physical Location. Responsibilities: Compile orders and instructions received from customers Develop specific plans to prioritize Organize to accomplish the work Oversee operational logistics of the organization Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects Track and complete work orders Prepare and submit reports Maintain work records and logs Organize warehouse and work areas Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies Compile worksheets and specifications of orders Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects Monitor production progress Prepare and maintain progress and other reports Project management Train workers in duties and policies Co-ordinate, assign and review work Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders Follow-up on issues with work orders Keep track of shipments Supervision Staff in various areas of responsibility Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Repetitive Weight handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Organized Reliability Team player Accurate Values and ethics Judgement Analytical Proactive Until: 2026-04-15
