General Labourer (Mechanical Helper)

Job Responsibility:
Geismar North America Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Labourer. This individual would be responsible for helping on the manufacturing of equipment, working along side on the construction of vehicles
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge on
- Diesel Engines and all components Heavy duty Equipment and/or Railway Machinery Electrical
· Ability to safely use tools and equipment required to perform the work
- Ability to handle 50 lbs of weight Ability to work independently and as a team member. Satisfactory health, attendance and employment history. Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle and mobile equipment safely, valid driver's license with a clean drivers abstract.
Conditions of Employment:
- Full-time 740 Hour probation period Health Benefits Wage/Salary based on experience.
Experience:
- Electrical and/or mechanical knowledge considered an asset.
Licences/Certification:
- Trade Certificate (preferred) Driver's License Forklift, crane, aerial platform and any other previous training considered
Willingness to travel:
- 25%
