Lead Salesforce public sector engagements from Ottawa, Toronto, or Vancouver, combining program management with executive customer communication and transformation delivery.Salesforce Professional Services seeks an Engagement Delivery Leader for complex, enterprise, and strategic programs. You will guide technical and non-technical consultants while managing customer relationships, deliverables, methodology, contracts review, and financials. The work connects people, process, and technology.Key Responsibilities:
Lead program teams through communication, direction, motivation, and governanceServe as primary customer interface for Salesforce engagementsBuild project plans and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issuesLead multiple projects with complex cross-functional teamsFacilitate requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing sign-offRequirements:
10+ years managing projects and programs for external consulting clients7+ years managing Salesforce engagements strongly preferred5+ years supporting Public Sector Professional Services preferredExperience managing teams, budgets, schedules, and $15 million budgetsCanadian citizenship and eligibility for Canadian Government Security ClearanceBring Salesforce delivery leadership, public sector expertise, and executive communication to strategic transformation programs across Canada.
