The preferred candidate resides in Saskatchewan and directs agency performance through Independent Agency policies and systems. This leader manages District Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Independent Contractors while supporting recruitment, appointments, training, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish market direction and adapt plans to address operational challenges
• Manage scorecard metrics across the assigned market
• Approve candidates for Independent Contractor appointments
• Coordinate sales, training, and operational support
• Partner on compliance items to mitigate risk

Requirements:

• Residence in Saskatchewan preferred
• Experience directing insurance agency market performance
• Ability to manage District and Sales Leaders
• Ability to collaborate with Independent Contractors
• Ability to support recruitment and appointments
