Clerk/Cashier

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of permanent part-time Clerk/Cashier (24-39 hours/week) (3 Positions) at our C-Store and Gas Bar Location in Big River, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to
make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide in-store service; serve guests, operate the point of sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform
general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company and government policies, procedures, and standards in
social responsibility of the selling of age restricted items such as lottery, tobacco
Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.
Have a good working understanding of the POS system.
Receive, price and display merchandise as required specified by the team leader.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
