Process Improvement Manager Lean Six Sigma

Lead business process innovation with Lean Six Sigma expertise at Hexagon in Calgary or Morton through a hybrid work model.As Process Innovation Manager, you will design, document, and implement scalable processes across Hexagon’s global organization. You will improve operational excellence through structured problem solving and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, product, deployment, operations, quality, and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable end-to-end business processesIdentify bottlenecks and eliminate cross-functional inefficienciesLead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiativesFacilitate process design workshops across functionsManage adoption through training and change activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related fieldSeven-plus years in process engineering or continuous improvementKnowledge of value stream mapping, SIPOC, A3, and root cause analysisExperience documenting processes with RACI matrices and swimlanesExperience defining KPIs and supporting sustained adoptionApply process design, Lean Six Sigma, and measurable improvement expertise to Hexagon’s global operations in Calgary or Morton.
