Job Description: Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Assist with the preparation of annual operating budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Leadership experience is a plus
