Parts Lead Technician

Were looking for a Parts Lead to support the day-to-day operation of our Parts departments at each of our locations. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced parts professional who enjoys helping customers, coordinating workflow, mentoring team members, and keeping inventory and parts processes running smoothly.
As a Parts Lead, you will provide accurate parts service while helping coordinate daily workflow.  Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will help keep the department organized, customer-focused, and operating safely while coaching and supporting team members.
To be considered for an interview you have:
Parts and machinery knowledge. John Deere agriculture a very strong asset.
Experience with John Deere computer applications
3 - 5 years experience at an agriculture dealership with previous parts sales experience a strong asset
A valid driver's license
Willing to live within 50 kms of the location.
