In this lively role, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, managing their experience in the Midway area. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll assist with inquiries, manage wait times, and provide game support. Expect to engage with customers positively and create lasting first impressions. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service and fun experiences
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Assist guests with game inquiries and requests
- Conduct merchandise inventory during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Winner’s Circle
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Friendly attitude and frequent smiling
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights
- Capability to stand or move throughout shifts
