Senior Structural Engineer Burnaby

Apply structural design, assessment, and seismic expertise as a Structural Engineer at MAE’s Head Office in Burnaby, BC.McCuaig & Associates Engineering Ltd. seeks a Structural Engineer with at least five years’ building construction experience. You will prepare designs across commercial, recreational, municipal, industrial, and residential projects. The work includes structural assessments, code interpretation, client coordination, and mentoring.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare structural designs from concept through constructionReview existing elements and prepare assessment reportsComplete site reviews and field investigationsCoordinate meetings with project stakeholdersMentor less experienced team membersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree specializing in structural engineeringRegistered P.Eng. with EGBCAt least five years’ structural engineering experienceKnowledge of building codes and structural systemsProficiency with Bluebeam, Revit, and analysis softwareBring seismic knowledge, structural design capability, and technical leadership to building projects delivered across Western Canada.
