Lead complex mechanical building projects in Markham, ON, using HVAC expertise and project leadership in a hybrid schedule with one office day weekly.This full-time Mechanical Engineer role suits an experienced professional leading projects and mentoring junior engineers. You will manage mechanical upgrades and sustainability initiatives while collaborating across disciplines. The work includes feasibility studies, design solutions, budgets, deliverables, and regulatory approvals for building systems.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentNine or more years of consulting experienceOntario Professional Engineer license requiredExpertise in HVAC, plumbing, controls, and life safety systemsValid Class G license and vehicle accessApply mechanical engineering, project management, and technical leadership expertise to building upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
