Infrastructure Operations and Security Analyst

Take charge of enterprise infrastructure operations as an Infrastructure Operations and Security Analyst. Combine expertise in virtualization and backup to enhance system performance in a hybrid setup.
In this senior role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and modernizing IT infrastructure. Your work will involve leading complex problem resolutions, optimizing system health, and ensuring data security. By collaborating with IT teams and mentoring peers, you will contribute to operational excellence and adherence to best practices in cybersecurity and ITSM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and optimize infrastructure across virtualization and databases
• Monitor system health and resolve performance issues
• Lead incident management and root cause assessments
• Implement and manage cloud and on-premises initiatives
• Develop scripts to enhance operational workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years in enterprise IT systems roles
• Hands-on experience in storage, virtualization, and network solutions
• Familiar with ITSM processes and automation tools
• Advanced scripting abilities, particularly in PowerShell
Utilize your skills to strengthen IT infrastructure, driving modernization and operational efficiency across enterprise environments.
