Hospitality Team Supervisor

Job Responsibility:
Long Point Eco-Adventures is looking for a dynamic individual who can blend the rustic feel of the outdoors with the warmth of hospitality. Successful candidates will help lead a team that ensures our guests have an unforgettable experience, whether celebrating in one of our event spaces or relaxing in our Glamping Suites and Pods. If you are punctual, professional, detail oriented and looking for a leadership role, this is the place for you.
Hospitality Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Arrive on-site on time and ready to work.
- Work with the Guest Experience Manager to allocate daily tasks to the cleaning team.
- Assist the cleaning team with completing daily tasks in a timely manner.
- Complete room checks at the end of each cleaning day to ensure our standards for cleanliness are being upheld across all of our locations.
- Work with the cleaning team to service/clean all guest accommodations on-site, focusing on providing a top-notch guest experience.
- Keep cleaning facilities and site facilities in order.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service while communicating with guests.
- Report any issues/problems to department heads.
- Use positive, open, and appropriate communication with all staff members.
- Act as an ambassador for Long Point Eco-Adventures on and off-site.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications for the Role:
- High school diploma required
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age on or before April 1st.
- Effective communication skills with both adults and youth in group or individual settings.
- Ability to minimize stressful situations and work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail in following safety policies and procedures.
- Strong work ethic, positivity, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Leadership, and/or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
Additional Information:
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays starting April 10th, 2024
