Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and build professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone, email, and video calls.
• Support client engagement, communication, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in business development activities using established systems and processes.
• Support sales and marketing activities as part of the client engagement process.
• Manage activities independently while working within established systems, processes, and organisational guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development.

About You

• Have a professional background in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and development.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy connecting and building professional relationships with people.
• Are organised and able to manage your time effectively.
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Have a professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
• Are interested in applying transferable skills within an online and client-focused environment.

Experience and Skills

• Five or more years of professional experience in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confidence using online communication platforms and digital systems.
• The ability to work independently and manage agreed activities and responsibilities.
