Summary:

• Greet customers professionally and assist with their needs
• Understand preferences and recommend suitable vehicles
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, features, and options
• Explain financing and leasing clearly
• Present and demonstrate vehicles through test drives
• Guide customers from first contact to purchase completion
• Clearly explain pricing, incentives, and trade-ins
• Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
• Deliver a smooth, positive buying experience
• Work with sales, finance, and service teams to meet goals
• Attend training and sales meetings
• Assist with promotions and dealership events

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is an asset but not required.

Expected compensation range: $85,000 to 130,000 +4% vacation pay

• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications
