Our client is searching for a Director of Conference Services and Events with at least five years of experience in luxury resort environments. In this senior role, you'll develop effective marketing plans, exceed budgeted sales, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. A CMP designation is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Conference Services and Events team • Develop short- and long-term sales strategies • Train and supervise team members for success • Collaborate with staff to plan and execute events • Implement effective marketing plans for the department

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in luxury resort/hotel catering • At least 3 years in a senior management role • CMP designation or actively pursuing it • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong customer-service orientation and leadership skills
