Ce rôle convient à ceux ayant 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le service client, et il nécessite une forte curiosité pour les finances. Vous serez responsable de simplifier des conseils et de collaborer avec diverses équipes pour optimiser l'expérience client chez Wealthsimple. Key Responsibilities:
- Servir de défenseur des intérêts des clients dans toutes les interactions
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes en traduisant des concepts financiers
- Collaborer efficacement avec toutes les équipes internes
- Manager plusieurs outils et plateformes pour des solutions innovantes
- Aider les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs de promotion
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, exigé à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans un rôle de service client
- Intérêt marqué pour le marché boursier et la finance personnelle
- Résilience face aux défis et capacités multitâches
- Disponibilité pour des horaires de travail flexibles
