About the Role

Our client, one of the largest Credit Unions, is looking to hire several Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This position is based in Pensacola, FL, and requires candidates to be local for initial on-site training. After training, the role shifts to a remote, work-from-home setup within a hybrid model. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls and assist members with their account questions through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. The position offers an hourly rate of $25.88, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members by addressing their account inquiries within a high-volume, structured contact center environment.
• Assist members in applying for products and services that fit their financial needs.
• Educate current and prospective members about the client’s products and services.
• Perform account transactions and adjustments as required.
• Share information about products and services with professionalism and active listening, ensuring a positive member experience through multi-channel engagement.
• Foster a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
