Strategic Account Manager in Toronto

Shape client relationships as a Strategic Account Manager at Fidelity in Toronto. Work in a hybrid model while driving business growth and client satisfaction. You'll need strong technical acumen to navigate capital markets and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements at the C-Suite level
Act as the Voice of the Client, presenting operational trends
Develop and execute account management plans
Identify asset growth opportunities for clients
Manage complex service resolutions effectively

Requirements:

5+ years in client relationship management
Strong expertise in capital markets and wealth management
Excellent analysis and communication skills
Proven project management ability
University Degree in Business or Finance
