Coordinateur de Circulation chez Transco

Intégrez l'équipe de Transco en tant que répartiteur pour coordonner efficacement le trafic des autobus et assurer la satisfaction client. Apportez vos compétences en supervision et communication dans un environnement dynamique. Le répartiteur chez Transco joue un rôle crucial en supervisant les horaires et itinéraires des autobus tout en assurant en temps réel le soutien aux chauffeurs et moniteurs. Ce poste exige une excellente gestion des communications et une capacité à travailler sous pression. Avec 3 à 5 années d'expérience, ce rôle est parfait pour un professionnel engagé dans la logistique de transport scolaire. Key Responsibilities:

Superviser les itinéraires et horaires des autobus
Conseiller et soutenir les chauffeurs et moniteurs
Gérer appels et communications par radio
Traiter les plaintes et signaler aux superviseurs
Aider à la gestion des réservations et de la paie

Requirements:

3 à 5 années d'expérience pertinente
Permis de conduire de Classe 2 préféré
Connaissance de la loi 430 souhaitée
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
Excellentes aptitudes en communication
