Our reputable client in Oshawa is seeking an inventory clerk for there fast pace environment. It's Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM and 3:00PM to 11:00PM The Inventory Clerk supports the Logistics & Planning Manager with day-to-day inventory operations to ensure product availability and accurate tracking. This role involves managing stock levels, handling returns and product downgrades, and resolving inventory discrepancies. Advantages- Excellent pay rate $24

- Monitor inventory levels and alert manager of any shortages.
- Process product replenishments from third-party suppliers.
- Handle shipment issues and discrepancies.
- Manage downgrade/scrap transactions in SAP and coordinate with the plant team.
- Process and follow up on customer returns.
- Block expired products from being shipped.
- Investigate inventory issues such as shrinkage, returns, and cycle counts by working with Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehouse teams.
- 2–4 years of inventory coordination or analysis experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.
- Team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Summary
