Senior Manager Fund Operations

Lead investment fund operations at Aviso Wealth, applying product expertise and governance leadership across mutual funds, pooled funds, and Exchange Traded Funds.As Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations, you will support Aviso’s Asset Management Product team. You will oversee operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement for retail and institutional products. The role requires experience with fund administration, project leadership, and Canadian investment fund structures.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as operational subject matter expert for investment fund productsLead readiness for launches, mergers, terminations, and reorganizationsEnsure scalable, efficient, and controlled operational processesIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead enterprise projects affecting investment productsRequirements:
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplineEight or more years in asset or wealth managementFive years leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsUnderstanding of Canadian investment fund industry and product structuresExperience with fund accounting and custody operationsBring fund operations, governance, project leadership, and product expertise to Aviso Wealth’s investment platform.
