Senior Vice President Exploration North America

Advance your career as the Vice President Exploration at a publicly listed mineral exploration company. This senior role involves strategizing and overseeing exploration efforts for significant copper, gold, and silver assets. You will lead the technical and financial aspects of exploration, reporting directly to the CEO while collaborating closely with the Board of Directors. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive strategies, managing exploration budgets, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Engage with both internal teams and external partners while contributing to corporate growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of corporate exploration strategies
• Oversee target generation and drill program execution
• Manage and allocate exploration budgets across projects
• Mentor technical teams and collaborate with consultants
• Ensure adherence to NI 43-101 reporting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or Earth Science
• Minimum of 15 years of exploration experience
• Proven track record of resource growth or discovery
• Familiarity with mineral systems and deposit modelling
• Willingness to travel to project sites in North America
