Extendicare is seeking a Director, Employee Service Centre (ESC) at our Markham head office. This hybrid role reports to the Vice President, HR Operations and leads the HR shared services design, KPIs, and service delivery excellence for employees and managers across Canada.
You will shape tiered service models, governance, and automation to enhance resolution quality and first-contact outcomes, while partnering with HR, payroll, and operations to stay aligned with business needs.
