Remote Appointment Reminder Specialist

Hrstalentsolutions is seeking an Appointment Reminder Assistant to support the administrative side of reminders. This remote role handles reminders, uses an approved appointment list, and sends clear notices through the online system.

You will update records when confirmations, declines, or changes occur, and ensure messages reflect the current booking. The role emphasizes concise, accurate communication and coordinating with scheduling colleagues as needed.
