Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Accurately label and package finished products according to specific sizes and products
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the production line process
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain your work area.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols without exception.
- Assist the team with inventory and meeting daily production targets.
- Report on any equipment or quality issues to your supervisor immediately.
- Previous experience in distribution or warehouse environments.
- Experience with package handling, sorter roles, and conveyor belt operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs unassisted on a continuous basis.
- Day Shift 6:30am - 2pm, Afternoon Shift 2pm-11:30pm
- Pay Rate: $22/hr
- Location: Newmarket, ON
