Lead Engineering Manager Position

- Direct the activities of the Maintenance engineering team
- Conduct personalized coaching and development sessions
- Convert insights from customers into development goals
- Engage in hands-on coding and technical leadership
- Advocate for implementing AI-native workflows in engineering
- Over 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience in managing teams, focusing on growth
- Proficient across diverse tech stacks for effective architecture
- Knowledge of scaling AI technologies is a plus
- Strong abilities in managing production and incident responses
