The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting strategic recruitment initiatives that strengthen PepsiCo Canada's talent pipeline and overall success in Atlantic Canada. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position provides full-cycle recruitment support for frontline roles across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can contribute to impactful hiring strategies that elevate our business.

Location: This role can be based in either Moncton, NB or Bedford, NS.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles in Atlantic Canada, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate candidate communications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and candidate management through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, and career fairs.
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and hiring policies.
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Flexibility to travel within Atlantic Canada.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or a similar HR capacity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and applicable employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Le/la coordonnateur¬

  • rice à l'acquisition de talents jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien des initiatives de recrutement stratégiques qui renforcent le bassin de talents et la réussite globale de PepsiCo Canada. Relevant du/de la gestionnaire de l'acquisition de talents, ce poste offre un soutien complet au recrutement pour les postes de première ligne dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Il s'agit d'une occasion stimulante de travailler dans un environnement dynamique où vous pourrez contribuer à des stratégies d'embauche efficaces qui propulsent notre entreprise.

Emplacement : Ce poste peut être basé à Moncton, N.B. ou à Bedford, N.-É.

  • Exécuter le recrutement de bout en bout pour les postes de première ligne dans l'Atlantique canadien, en garantissant une expérience fluide aux candidates et candidats.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables du recrutement et l'équipe des RH pour comprendre les besoins en talents et élaborer des stratégies d'approvisionnement efficaces.
  • Gérer les offres d'emploi, examiner les CV, planifier les entretiens et faciliter la communication avec les candidates et candidats.
  • Assurer une saisie des données et une gestion des candidatures précises et ponctuelles grâce à notre système de suivi des candidatures (ATS).
  • Contribuer à l'organisation des campagnes de recrutement et des salons de l'emploi.
  • Veiller au respect de la législation du travail et des politiques de recrutement.
  • Assurer le respect des normes de confidentialité et de professionnalisme les plus strictes dans tous les aspects du recrutement.
  • Flexibilité de voyager dans les provinces atlantiques du Canada.
  • Bilingue : vous communiquez et écrivez aisément en français et en anglais
  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou un domaine connexe.
  • Un à deux ans d'expérience dans un poste de recrutement cycle complet ou un autre rôle similaire en ressources humaines.
  • Aisance avec le système de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et les plateformes de recrutement.
  • Forte compréhension des meilleures pratiques d'embauche et de la législation applicable en matière d'emploi.
  • Capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs priorités en maintenant une précision et une qualité d'exécution de haut niveau.
  • Aptitudes de communication exceptionnelles avec la capacité d'échanger avec des intervenants à tous les niveaux.
  • Esprit d'équipe avec une approche proactive et une pensée critique aiguisée.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et interpersonnelles avec un grand souci du détail.
  • Discrétion exemplaire et capacité à gérer des renseignements sensibles avec intégrité.
