Expected Start Date: August 31, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Battlefords Union Hospital City/Town: North Battleford Department: Digital Health - HIM & Systems Flow Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.5 Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job : The Clinical Equipment and Project Nurse functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in the Emergency Room whose primary responsibilities are that of a clinical, technological and educational focus that: Ensures equipment and supplies are properly maintained and functioning. Maintains an excellent knowledge of departmental standards, policies, and operation procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team. The incumbent integrates skills and knowledge from theory and principles of adult learning in the provision of direct patient care, clinical coordination, clinical problem solving, education and research. Provides leadership that is visible, pro-active, and promotes the delivery of safe patient care through the application of practice standards. In consultation with the Manager of Emergency/Ambulatory Care, the individual is responsible for assessing learning needs of staff, planning, and implementing and evaluating designated educational activities/programs either unit or facility-based and/or region-wide.
