As the Financial Operations Controller, you will manage the company’s financial health and provide critical insights to the Board. Your role encompasses directing accounting practices, preparing financial statements, and overseeing audits while promoting operational efficiency and strategic improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the accounting operations, including payroll and reporting
• Establish compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze and present financial operating results
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners
• Lead and develop the accounting team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
• CPA designation is preferred
• Significant corporate finance experience
• Expert in Excel and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
