Housekeeper Wanted - Weekly Household Helper (Meal Prep + Housekeeping)

Job Posting: Weekly Household Helper (Meal Prep Housekeeping) Location: Burke Mountain, Coquitlam, BC Schedule: Weekly, ideally Tuesdays, 8:30am–4:30pm (8 hours) — open to discussing a different weekday if needed Pay: $25–28/hour, depending on experience Type: Part-time, recurring, live-out About the Role We're a family in the Burke Mountain area of Coquitlam looking for a reliable, detail-oriented helper to join our household once a week. The role combines meal preparation and light housekeeping, and is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking from provided recipes/instructions and takes pride in keeping a home clean and tidy. Our toddler will be in daycare most of the day, and our dog will also be in daycare on the day you're here — so you'll largely have the space to yourself to focus on the tasks at hand. Responsibilities Meal Preparation (ingredients provided/pre-purchased — no grocery shopping required)

• Prepare meals for the week based on our instructions/recipes
• Weekdays: breakfast and dinner
• Weekends: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner
• Comfortable following specific recipes and dietary instructions
• Proper food storage and labeling for the week ahead

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning kitchen counters and surfaces
• Cleaning washrooms
• Other light tidying as needed

• Experience with home cooking and meal prep
• Experience with general housekeeping/cleaning
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently once instructions are given
• Comfortable in a home with a young child (though overlap will be minimal) and a dog (also typically out of the house during visits)
• References required

• Weekly commitment, ideally Tuesdays, 8:30am–4:30pm (day is open to discussion)
• $25–28/hour based on experience
• All ingredients and cleaning supplies provided
• **Paid trial visit** offered before committing to an ongoing arrangement, so we can make sure it's a good fit for both sides
