Oncology Sales Representative , Breast Cancer

AstraZeneca seeks an experienced oncology sales representative to lead breast cancer portfolio adoption across British Columbia's interior region. The role combines strategic account management, clinical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans for priority academic and community accounts
- Establish credible, compliant relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders
- Conduct evidence-based clinical discussions to support appropriate treatment adoption
- Analyze customer needs, healthcare system dynamics, and institutional priorities to identify collaboration opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams on coordinated engagement
Requirements
- Minimum five years pharmaceutical sales experience, two+ years in oncology preferred
- Demonstrated success developing territory plans and managing complex accounts
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate evidence with healthcare professionals
- Proven influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and omnichannel digital engagement tools
- University degree in science, business, or related discipline
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout BC Interior territory
